We want you to love your chocolate fondue mug! If there’s any issue with your order, here’s what you need to know:

30-Day Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customised or special orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your mug arrives damaged or broken, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

Minor cosmetic issues (small scratches or packaging dents) may qualify for a partial refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package doesn’t arrive, a certificate from your local post office may be required for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Send us photos or videos showing the problem.

Include screenshots of any complaint (email, payment dispute, etc.).

Return the item if requested.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or lost.
